My favorite trick is probably fugimis. I'm not that great at them, but I like them. I don't even know if I spelled that correctly! As for my hardest trick. Double Illusion. I've only caught it twice. I've only been able to do them outside though, because I throw the baton so high. I have a serious problem with that. Okay, I found out. It's Fujimi's!

Okay, I practiced for a week, now I'm back a new person! No not really, but I caught my Illusion 2 spin. I also caught my double Illusion, and reverse Illusion.
This might sound weird, but I've been twirling for about 12 years, and I was just taught how to do a reverse (to the left on my right leg) Illusion a few months ago. I think some people call them a Dive, but I'm not sure on that. When I was taught how to do them a few months ago, I was freaked out and felt so awkward trying to do them. I've always done them to the right on my right leg. Anyways, I practiced them for like 3 seconds and then gave up.
I decided to try them again a few days ago because my friend and I are going to do a duet at State next month, and I figured we should do at least one. I'm kinda scared cause I retired from competitive twirling about 7 years ago! Yikes, that sounds too long.
If anyone has any ideas for our duet, PLEASE let me know!!!

Bethany's favorite tricks are any of her rolls. She is getting pretty good at 6 elbows, fujimi's, pony rolls, fish tails, and her front necks. The back necks still are very hard for her. If any one has any suggestions we will try them. Her hardest tricks are vertical and horizontal toss illusions she can catch them about half of the time. She is also trying to get a 4 turn . I guess they will come in time. Yesterday she did her solo in 2min and 11 secs with only 3 drops. ;D I am so proud of her progress.

My fave are rolls... Back neck and front neck rolls.
For the mom that needs help on the back neck rolls, since i cant see what your child is doing i highly recommend the roll tape from annetta lucero from sharp baton company.
I had the same coach as annetta and the way she teaches them are great!

Fav-Anything when three batons are in my hand
Hardest things (I have attempt them, but never caught, except a four spin)-Four spin, double illusion, and just a front walkover (no toss.)

my favorite new trick is a three baton trick where you toss one really high the second one medium and the third one at your face and do a one turn and catch the first two in both hands then catch the highest one under your right leg back handed. Its the toughest thing I have ever done it but I am thinking if I can nail it solid everytime I will use it in the USA trials this year.

well my hardest trick is a 4 spin. i started twirling a little over a year ago, so i'm not the greatest twirler in the world. illusions are hard for me because i'm not very flexible. my favorite trick would probobly have 2 be a thing called a whipper snapper. you have 2 batons, you throw up the one in your right, then pass the one in your lft to your right, then whip in front of your face and pass underneath your leg. i have lots of other favorites, but i can't write them all down well, CUL8R

I've just started but so far I like doing thumb flips.
The hardest trick would be a tie between the horizontal waist wrap and the horizontal neck wrap.

The harest tricks for me are rolls, because I absolutely hate rolls... and my 4-baton tricks. I'm getting better, but it's still very hard for me.
My favorite tricks are definately my three-baton tricks. I love three baton. I do vertical boxes, horizontal boxes, tick-tocks, showers, and some more.
