Most twirlers have a favorite move that they do in every routine. Please share it with us and how to do it here! Mine is juggling three batons in a box! I juggle 4 to the front, then on the fifth one, I throw it to the right of me, and juggle 3, then on the 9th one I throw it to the side of me, and juggle three more. (i am facing the opposite of what i started...the back). Then on the 13th one i throw it to the right and juggle three more, then on the 17th one i throw it to the right and juggle three more. (should be facing the front again). Then I catch it and pose!

My favorite twirling trick is a double illusion front walkover.....catch. All I do is throw it as high as I can. Get through both illusions...then push a walkover quick, and then catch it.

Well I'm not that advanced but the move I like the most is a one spin, but I also do drill sargent alot. Drill sargent: Pull up... one spin... tumb toss... clap pattern... pull up... toss under leg... pull up... one spin... airplane turn.

a pull up is when you bring the baton infront of your body to the left - loop behind your head(clockwise) and bring it down to the right. it's extreamly easy but hard to explain.

I just learned fishtails like last week and they are soooo fun! I think fishtails and a two-hand-pass- onespin's are my favorites now!

What you call a pull up is what we call a flourish! It's so funny how many names there are for the same thing in twirling.

I call it a pull up or pull up flash as it prepares you to connect to your next trick. Think of it as a figure 8 doing a big loop in front and a little loop behind your head like "Kat" described.
