Ok... I am 15 and I'm with the 8-13 year old group, I understand that I can grasp things more easily and can do more, but our coach keeps changing our routine to adapt to the other girls. My only problem with this is that she changes the routine so dramaticly that it's not really the same. Our pratice time is one hour per week on mondays, so by the time we learn the new stuff we don't pratice it as a group. I practice all week, but some times I end up practicing the wrong way. Does any one have any ideas on how I can keep my routines straite?
